Roberta Leans (Nee Justis) Godwin

Roberta Leans Godwin (nee Justis), age 90, of Forest Hill, MD passed away on April 1, 2016 at Hart Heritage Estates in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late William Martines Justis Jr. and Ida May Kirkwood Justis and wife of the late Harry George Godwin. A homemaker, she enjoyed playing Bridge, at which she was a champion and duckpin bowling. She was an excellent seamstress and an avid gardener.

Mrs. Godwin is survived by her sons, Robert Godwin and wife, Phyllis, of Jarrettsville and Kirk Godwin and wife, Donna, of Upper Falls; sister, Anna May Stran of Parkville; brother, Kirkwood Justis of Parkville; grandchildren, Gail Godwin, Pamela Harvey, Amanda Tamulevich and Jennifer Burger; and great grandchildren, Aden Harvey, Violette DiGirolamo, Alexandra, Lauren, Tabitha and Lily Belle Tamulevich, Carmella, Godwin, Isabella, Bronson, Augusta and Holden Burger. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, Craig Godwin.
