Robert Steven Waskiewicz

ROBERT STEVEN WASKIEWICZ, age 50, of Edgewood, died at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on May 13, 2003. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of Zigmund Stanley and Wanda Listick Waskiewicz of Edgewood. He had retired from General Motors. He was a member of American Legion Post 17 and an avid hunter, fisherman, and crabber. He ran APA Pool League in Edgewood. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Waskiewicz is survived by his wife of 30 years, Deborah Jean Gusler Waskiewicz; three daughters, Christine Waskiewicz of Joppatowne and her fiancé, Evan Weisker; Karri DelCostello and her husband, Jeremiah DelCostello of Edgewood; Robin Waskiewicz of Edgewood; one brother, David Waskiewicz and his wife, Barbara Waskiewicz of White Marsh; three sisters, Lorraine Russo and her husband Rick Russo of St. Petersburg, Florida; Karen Buchta and her husband, Marty Buchta of Edgewood; Marian Deinlein and her husband, Jeff Deinlein of Essex; and one granddaughter, Kayla DelCostello of Edgewood. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother, Stanley Waskiewicz.
