Robert Emmett Sheubrooks Jr., age 66, of Darlington, Maryland, passed away on March 19, 2024, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Maryland, he was the son of the late Robert and Mary Sheubrooks and the beloved husband of Nancy Sheubrooks.
Bob was a devoted fan of both the Ravens and Orioles, finding joy in watching games and attending them whenever possible. He was known as a straight shooter, always speaking his mind with honesty and integrity. His straightforward nature earned him respect and admiration from those who knew him. The men and women who knew him worked well together at the plumbing company. This made Bob want to go to work every day.
Bob’s love story began at a bowling alley where he met his spouse, Nancy, with whom he shared 42 years of marriage filled with love and laughter. He cherished their time together and the bond they shared.
Bob had a deep affection for animals, particularly his rescue dogs, whom he adored and cared for as cherished members of the family. He also found great joy in the company of his neighbors, who became lifelong friends. His warm presence and genuine friendship enriched the lives of all who knew him.
In addition to his wife Nancy, Robert is survived by his dear friends, Cara Kincaid and husband Greg, Denise D'Adamo and husband Lou, Heather Stancill and husband Brian Ward, and Pam Addison and husband Lee.
