Robert R. Raborg Sr.

Robert R. Raborg Sr., age 78, of Abingdon, MD, passed away on August 29, 2014 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Joseph and Sue Marie Hamilton Raborg and husband of the late Elizabeth Margaret Pasco Raborg. He had worked for Bethlehem Steel and was all about his family and neighborhood. He loved being by the water and enjoyed fishing, crabbing and gardening. He was known for his sense of humor and enjoyed his pitcher of beer and Karaoke. He was also an avid Orioles and Ravens fan.

Mr. Raborg is survived by his sons, Ronald R. Raborg Sr. and Russell L. Raborg Sr. both of Abingdon, and Richard L. Raborg of Churchville; daughters, Elizabeth "Betty Lou" Bell of Abingdon and Catherine S. Raborg of Perry Hall; brothers, Lou and Joe Raborg; sisters, Mary Wapole, Patricia Kleiderlein and Virginia Slaughter; 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by his son, Robert R. Raborg Jr. and brother, Donald Raborg.
