Robert Joseph Schleicher

Robert Joseph Schleicher, age 88, of Street, Maryland passed away on February 3, 2022 at his home. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of John and Marie (Dauer) Schleicher and husband of the late Regina (Bussard) Schleicher. Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked as a Police Officer in Baltimore City for 28 years and was a member of Fraternal Order of Police, American Legion 166 Ocean City, and the VFW. He enjoyed watching the Orioles, Ravens, the beach, playing the slots, and taking cruises. Robert loved his dogs Peter, Simon, Giddy and Flynn.

Robert is survived by his son, Kenneth Raymond Schleicher and his spouse, Angela Armstrong of Street; son-in-law, Bryan Ensor of Hampstead; grandchildren: Justin, Cory, Olivia, Heather, Grant, Angela, Alison, and Bryan; and great grandchildren; Brett, Sydney, Mason, Marley, Katie and Eloise.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his son, Robert Joseph Schleicher, Jr. and daughter, Frances Ensor.
