Robert E. Comes
April 13, 1932 — February 19, 2018
Robert E. Comes, age 85, of Churchville, MD passed away on February 19, 2018 at his home. Born in Fullerton, MD, he was the son of John T. and Rose (Streb) Comes. He worked for the Harford County Sheriff’s Office where he served as the Sheriff from 1990-1994. He enjoyed gardening and stained glass.
Mr. Comes is survived by his wife, Carol Lee Comes; children, Robert (Vivian) E. Comes, Jr. and Sandra (Kenneth) L. Plummer; two granddaughters, Wendy Baldwin and Christina Comes; three great-grandsons, Jacob Prim, Norey Comes, and Hunter Baldwin; two great-granddaughters, Paris Maye and Paige Baldwin; and sister, Rose Morris.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John F. Comes.
