Robert D. ''Bob'' Drager

Robert D. "Bob" Drager, age 85, of Joppa, MD, formerly of Edgewood, MD, passed away on March 22, 2012 at Bel Air Health and Rehabilitation in Bel Air, MD. Born in York, PA, he was the son of the late John Gordon and Edith Romaine Hamme Drager. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served our country during WWII. An Illustrator for Aberdeen Proving Ground, he had a life long passion for the art of illustration. He volunteered at Perry Point Veterans Medical Center and was an avid fisherman.

Mr. Drager is survived by his wife of 56 years, Elizabeth "Betty" Drager of Joppa, MD; son, David Drager and his wife, Karen Holt-Drager of Bel Air, MD; daughter, Deborah Chilton and her husband, Scott, of Joppa, MD; brother Jacque Drager and his wife, Grace, of Dillburgh, PA; sister, Virginia Miller and her husband, Jay, of Michigan; and grandchildren, Kyle Jackson of Joppa, MD and Jason, Caroline and Ryan Drager, all of Bel Air, MD.
