Robert C. Wilkerson, Sr.

ROBERT “BOB” C. WILKERSON, SR., age 56, of Aberdeen, MD, died on August 22, 2006 at the St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Clarence Oliver Wilkerson of Brooksville, FL and the late Lois Rebecca Gilbert Wilkerson. Since 1989, he was the sales manager for the Room Store in Bel Air, MD. He was a member of B.B.O.W.S. and H.A.R.S.O.A. He was a soccer referee and loved to ski, play tennis, and play the guitar.

In addition to his father, Mr. Wilkerson is survived by his wife of 35 years, Karen A. Hasty Wilkerson of Aberdeen, MD; one son, Robert Craig Wilkerson, Jr. of Aberdeen, MD; one daughter, Shannon M. Meeks, and her husband, Bryson S. Meeks, of Perry Hall, MD; two brothers, William Wilkerson of Gainesville, FL and Stephen Wilkerson of Street, MD; his wife’s parents, Maurice and Jean Hasty of Glen Arm, MD; and three grandchildren, Viktorya Meeks and Addison Meeks, both of Perry Hall, MD and Alexander Gurtis of Ormond Beach, FL.
