Robert C. ''Uncle Russ'' Russell

ROBERT C. "UNCLE RUSS" RUSSELL, age 73, of Street, MD, died on May 26, 2008 at his home, surrounded by his family. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Raymond Earl and Ruth C. Sims Russell. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and enjoyed eating crabs, fishing, model trains and watching his grandchildren's sporting events. He took pride in his morning openings at the auto body shop in Street. He was everybody's "Mr. Fix-It".

Mr. Russell is survived by his wife, Betty Sue Crabb Russell of Street, MD; stepson, Gary Williams, and wife, Debi of San Diego, CA; three brothers, Jeffrey Russell, and wife, Bridgette of Frederick, MD and Raymond E. Russell II, and wife, Cass, and James R. Russell, and wife, Barbara, all of Glen Burnie, MD; a sister, Joan Ann Russell of Ocala, FL; niece, Donna Fraley of Ocala, FL; adopted son, Derek Queen and wife, Kari, and their children, Jacob, Sammy, and Sydney Queen, all of Bel Air, MD; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Ruth Crabb of Carthage, NC; sister-in-law, Donna Cox of Bowie, MD; and a large extension of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and incredible friends that he considered family.

Pallbearers were Derek, Jacob, and Sammy Queen, Jeffrey Russell, Brian and Adam Carter, Thomas Wagner, and Edward Beaver.
