Robert ''Bob'' Lutz

Loriene Virginia Lutz, age 77, and her husband, Robert "Bob" L. Lutz, age 78, both of Aberdeen, MD, died on July 13, 2009 and July 15, 2009, respectively, at their home. Mrs. Lutz was born in Renick, WV, and was the daughter of the late Cassie and Madge Brown Lewis. A resident of Harford County for 44 years, she had worked as a bookkeeper for a property management company. She enjoyed gardening and photography. Mr. Lutz was born in York County, PA, and was the son of the late William James Lutz Sr. and Martha Grace Collins Lutz. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served our country during the Korean War. A member of the American Legion in Whiteford, he enjoyed hunting, camping, collecting guns, and gardening. Mr. and Mrs. Lutz were married in June of 1955.

They are survived by their three sons, Terry Lutz of Aberdeen, MD, David Lutz of Jarrettsville, MD, and Gregory Lutz of Aberdeen, MD; Mrs. Lutz's sister, Gladys Ellis of West Virginia; Mr. Lutz's brother, William J. Lutz Jr. of New Freedom, PA; five grandchildren, Jeremie Lutz of Diego Garcia, Stephanie Weber of Jarrettsville, MD, Amanda Bertuzzi of Delta, PA, Josh Lutz of Korea, and Ryan Lutz of Aberdeen, MD; and three great-grandchildren, Jaden and Lilliana Weber of Jarrettsville, MD and Allison Bertuzzi of Delta, PA. Mrs. Lutz was predeceased by her brother, Jimmy Lewis.
