Rita Hall

Rita Hall, age 93, of Aberdeen, Maryland passed away on March 1, 2023, in Aberdeen, Maryland. Born in Church Hill, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late James and Georgianna (Minch) Kimble and wife of the late Charles Hall for 37 loving years. She was a member of the Red Hatters Club, St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Aberdeen, MD, and a member of the Golden Age club in Aberdeen. She obtained her LPN in 1987 at the age of 50 and worked at many hospitals, Job Corps in Perryville, and the Harford County Detention Center. Prior to becoming and LPN, she worked at Bata Shoe Company. Rita enjoyed playing scrabble with her sisters and she loved her family dearly and cherished any time she got to spend with them.

Rita is survived by her sons, David (Lucy) Hall, Michael (Rose) Hall, John (Barbara) Anthony Hall, Charles Webster Hall, James (Tina) Thomas Hall; daughters, Margaret (Roger) Ellen Atwell, Mary (Robert) Jones, Joanne Kuykendall, Georgianna (Scott) Teresa Mitchell; 18 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren; brothers, David Kimble, Joe Kimble; sisters, Mary (Duckie) Margaret Russum and Barbara Anderson.

In addition to her parents and husband, Rita was preceded in death by 5 brothers: granddaughters Nancy Anne Strock and Arianna Hall and great-great granddaughter, Kylee Fox.
