Rita Anna Derbyshire

Rita Anna Derbyshire, age 90, of Aberdeen, MD and Ft. Lauderdale, FL, passed away on October 4, 2011 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Fischer Geiger. She and her husband owned and operated Park Moving and Storage Company in Aberdeen. She traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe.

Mrs. Derbyshire is survived by her husband of 64 years, William Edgar Derbyshire of Aberdeen, MD; sons, William E. Derbyshire Jr., Michael R. Derbyshire and wife, Judy, of Abingdon, MD and Mark K. Derbyshire and wife, Mary Anne, of Baltimore, MD; brother James B. Geiger; sisters, Patricia McGee and Sister George Marie Geiger, SSND; grandchildren, Jennifer Debler, William E., MaryBeth, Timothy, Garrett, and Grace Derbyshire and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Michael, Mark, William, Timothy and Garrett Derbyshire, and Greg Jaeckel.
