Richard Windsor Sr., age 79, of Darlington, MD passed away on August 26, 2018 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Emmett Nelson and Ruth (Henry) Nelson.
Mr. Windsor is survived by his wife, Deanna Windsor; children, Shelley (Shawn) Griffiths, Wendy (Shawn) Fleming and Richard (Kathy) Windsor, Jr.; grandchildren, Cierra Donoghue, Drew Smith, Cody Smith, Sam Windsor, Rebecca Fleming and Lindsay Fleming; and sister, Joanne Duke.
