Richard William Dugan

Richard William Dugan, age 50, of Joppatowne, MD, died on August 9, 2009 at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of Richard Donald Dugan of Joppatowne, MD and the late Rose Marie Markiewicz Dugan. He had worked as a security guard and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his brother, Brian Michael Dugan; sister, Laura Ann Dugan; and nieces and nephews, Shaun Michael, Cory, and Kayla Dugan.
