Richard Orville Kerley

Richard Orville Kerley, age 78, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on January 21, 2024, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in West Virginia, he was the son of the late Orville and Beaulah Kerley and wife Norma Kerley. He enjoyed watching the Ravens football and The Baltimore Orioles baseball. He owned and operated a hot dog stand outside of the Bel Air Court system for many years.  

In addition to his wife Richard is survived by his daughter, Vicky Lafon; niece, grandchildren, Valarie Stanford, Jamie Crilley, Steven Luke, and Scott Luke; and sister, Wanda Cullum niece, Lisa Taylor and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Kathleen Lambert, and June Gegorker, brothers, James Kerley, and Raymond Kerley.
