Richard J. Lindsley

Richard J. Lindsley, age 81, of Perryville, MD, died on January 21, 2011 at Stella Maris Hospice in Timonium, MD. Born in Sandusky, OH, he was the son of the late James Homer and Lena Rosella Hendrickson Lindsley. A veteran of the U.S. Army he was a life member of Sandusky AMVETS Post #17 and a member of the Aberdeen Moose Lodge #1450. He loved to read and had worked as a truck driver.

Mr. Lindsley is survived by his wife, Carol Ann Lindsley of Perryville, MD; sons, Brian Lindsley and wife, Debbie, of Saline, MI, Bruce Lindsley of Tidioute, PA, and Richard Lindsley Jr. and wife, Cheryl, of Elizabeth City, NC; daughters, Peggy Clark and husband Ed, of Lewisberry, PA, Pamela Myers and husband, James, of Cockeysville, MD, and Karen Hoyle and husband, Craig, of Downingtown, PA; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Jane Damanti.

Services will be private.
