On Sunday August 23, 2015 Richard Faidley Foard Sr of Forest Hill, Maryland passed away. The son of the late Robert S. Foard Sr. and Margaret P. Foard. Husband of Betty Jane Holloway Foard; father of Richard Foard Jr. and Gary S. Foard. Visitation will be held Friday, August 28, 2015 at 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM at Bethel Presbytarian Church, 4135 Norrisville Road, White Hall, Maryland 21161. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 10:00 AM from the church.
