Richard Elwood Webster, Jr.

Richard Elwood Webster, Jr., age 74, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on December 17, 2022 at his home. Born in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Richard Webster Sr. and Helen (Koch) Koester. He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and served his country in the Vietnam Era. He retired from Zepp Chemicals in 2015 where he worked for many years as a salesperson. He was a member of Holy Communion Lutheran Church and loved to watch the Washington Commanders.

Richard is survived by his wife of 54 years, Barbara Webster; son, Richard (Janice) E. Webster, III; daughter, Heather N. Lynch; grandchildren, Britney Lemly, Jacob Webster, Emily & Andrew Lynch; great-granddaughters, Josephine Lemly and Savannah Lynch; sisters, Patty Gutierrez, Judy Miller and Barbara Bowden; and brother, William Webster.
