Richard ''Dick'' H. Kelley

Richard "Dick" H. Kelley, age 63, of La Plata, MD, died on March 30, 2010 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Edward Samuel Kelley and Helen Elizabeth Fay Brackins. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired after 20 years, followed by 24 years in the restaurant business, where he was a District Manager for Kentucky Fried Chicken. An avid golfer and snow skier, he also enjoyed NASCAR.

Mr. Kelley is survived by his daughters, Shannon L. Modglin of La Plata, MD and Michelle Lorditch of Jacksonville, FL; six grandchildren; and dear friends, Jimmy and Jaye Brown of Rising Sun, MD and Cheri and Jim Smith of La Plata, MD.
