Richard Dale Cochran

RICHARD DALE COCHRAN, age 73, of Joppa, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on August 18, 2004. Born in Bel Air, he was the son of the late Andrew Mack and Annie Caroline Reed Cochran. He retired in 1987 after 38 years of service with Black & Decker as a machine operator. He enjoyed outside work and gardening.

Mr. Cochran is survived by his wife of 38 years, Agnes O. Rutherford Cochran; one daughter, Deborah Ann Buckson and her husband, Craig of Charlestown, Maryland; one step-son, James R. Miller and his wife, Jackie of Owings Mills; two brothers, Ted Cochran of Churchville; Wallace Cochran of Street; two sisters, Edna Barringer of Abingdon; Helen Dorman of Abingdon; two grandchildren, Zachary Buckson and Ashley Buckson both of Charlestown, Maryland. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Ralph Cochran.
