Richard C. Grauer

RICHARD C. GRAUER, age 75, of Abingdon, MD, died on May 5, 2007, at Gilchrist Hospice Center, Towson, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late George Albert and Augusta Matilda Kahler Grauer. A Navy veteran, he served our country during the Korean War. He worked for Bell Atlantic which is now Verizon as a supervisor in repair and installations. He was an avid golfer and was a member of the American Legion in Bel Air, as well as, the Clifton Pleasure Club.

Mr. Grauer is survived by his wife of 26 years, Denise A. McCourt Grauer of Abingdon, MD; two sons, Scott A. Grauer of Havre de Grace, MD and Timothy L. Grauer of East Helena, MT; a daughter Kimberly S. Grauer of Abingdon, MD; a stepdaughter, Jennifer L. Walsh of Bel Air, MD; three brothers, George J. “Buz” Grauer of Ocean Pines, MD, Ronald R. Grauer of Rosedale, MD, Wayne C. Grauer of Baltimore, MD; and two grandchildren, Arthur Grauer of East Helena, MT, and Kyle C. Grauer of Havre de Grace, MD.
