Richard A. Fiedler

January 12, 1935 — November 17, 2012

Richard A. Fiedler, age 77, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on November 17, 2012 at the Senator Bob Hooper Hospice House in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Andrew Joseph and Ottilla Weigan Fiedler and husband, for 34 years, of the late Martha Yvonne Fiedler. He graduated from Patterson Park High School in 1954 and was honorably discharged from the Army in 1959. A resident of Harford County for 25 years, he worked for 38 ½ years at Continental Can Company where he was a supervisor. He loved sports, especially golf, football and baseball, and he liked the Orioles and Ravens. He also enjoyed fishing.

Mr. Fiedler is survived by his daughters, Anna Marie Fiedler of Bel Air, MD and Pamela Fiedler Kramer of Perry Hall, MD; and sister, Shirley Whitesell and husband, William, of Carney, MD. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters.
