Rhea ''Gerry'' Wetherell

Rhea "Gerry" Wetherell, age 89, of Bel Air, MD passed away on August 19, 2013 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Otterbein Paul and Rhea Day Stroh Kiracofe and wife of the late Leslie W. Wetherell. She was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard serving our country during WWII. She retired after 22 years from Kirk Army Hospital where she worked as a Statistical Clerk. A member of Cross Roads Community Church, she loved the Lord and was a volunteer usher for the church until her health declined. She loved her animals and supported many animal right issues and made many contributions to different organizations.

Mrs. Wetherell is survived by her son, David L. Wetherell and wife, Maria Annegarn, of Churchville; daughters, Linda R. Wetherell and Elaine R. Wetherell both of Bel Air; grandson, Marc H. Bolden and wife, Samantha, of Essex; and great-granddaughter, Lyndsay.

After the graveside services, family and friends can join the Wetherell family at Mt Tabor United Methodist Church, 2350 Conowingo Road, Bel Air, MD for lunch.
