Rebecca Janice Kelley, age 84, of Nottingham, MD, died on May 17, 2011 at her home. Born in Williamsport, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harry Vaye and Mable Anice Letherman Webb, and wife of the late Edsel Lee Kelley. She had worked as a bus driver for Baltimore County Schools and was an active member of New Life Baptist Church. A great cook, she loved spending time with family, bird watching, singing, gardening, carpentry, Saturday mornings at the McDonalds in Middle River, as well as, Wednesday evening dinners at Middle River Baptist Church.
Mrs. Kelley is survived by her daughters, Christa Hopkins and husband, Donald, of Nottingham, MD, Kathi Kelley of Edgewood, MD, and Jackie Whitely and husband, Duane, of Bel Air, MD; brothers, Kenneth E. Webb of Abingdon, MD and Waldo H. Webb of Keyser, WV; sister, Lola Norris of Baltimore, MD; grandchildren, Stephen Lucich Jr. and wife, Tammy, of Middle River, MD, Matthew Kelley and wife, Molly, and Mark Whitely, all of Bel Air, MD; and great-grandchildren, Maclere, Brianna, and Connor Lucich. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brothers, Herman, Paul, Jack, and Robert Webb; and sisters, Catherine Gladding and Virginia Weese.
