REAS MICHAEL KONDRASCHOW, JR., age 23, of Athens, Georgia, died in Alabama on April 20, 2003. Born in Detroit, Michigan, he was the son of Reas Michael Kondraschow of Derwood, Maryland and Michelle Ann Robida Altoe of Earleville, MD. A graduate of the University of Georgia, he worked as a Deputy Sheriff in Athens, Georgia. He was a graduate of the International School of Brussels in Belgium. He enjoyed fishing, skiing, computers, electronics, guitar, and customizing cars. He loved the outdoors and time spent with friends, family and children. He was a wonderful, gentle human being.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Kondraschow is survived by one brother, Nicholas G. Kondraschow of Newark, Delaware; two sisters, Lisa Moreland and her husband, Randy Moreland of Bel Air; Tatjana Kondraschow of Derwood, Maryland; a step-brother, Christopher John Altoe of Dagsboro, Delaware; grandmother, Irene Robida of Buffalo, New York; and godchild, Finley Moreland of Bel Air. He is also survived by a dearly loved friend, Kim Darrow of Athens, Georgia; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
