Raymond "Randy" L. Watts, age 81, of Abingdon, MD passed away on February 6, 2017. Born in Emmorton, MD, he was the son of Raymond Sylvester and Pearl Vivian (Rogers) Watts. He grew up in the Otter Point area of Abingdon. Mr. Watts a retired Master Barber on APG, was an avid hunter, fisherman and crabber. He loved watching NASCAR and Ravens football. He was a semi-professional bowler for a period and a talented carver at which he enjoyed carving decoys. He was so musically inclined and could play multiple instruments. He most loved time spent with his family and friends.
Mr. Watts is survived by his wife, Vivian Laura Watts; his son, Mark A Watts and wife, Carol; his daughter, Robin L Watts Andrews and husband, William; his grandchildren, Hollie M Watts, Stephanie D. Cornbrooks and husband, Michael; his great-granddaughter, Riley E. Cornbrooks; and many loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Shirley J. Robertson, George B. Watts, and Shelby J. Sarvino.
