Raymond Philip ''Phil'' Miller

On March 4, 2016 Raymond Philip "Phil" Miller of Havre de Grace, loving father of Jennifer Rae Miller and her fiancé Stephen O'Neill, and Michael Joseph Miller and his wife Terea; devoted grandfather of Reece Patrick O'Halloran and Kayleigh and Grayson Miller; dear brother of Susan J. Tarantino and her husband, Joseph, of Largo, Florida, and Robert T. Miller and his wife Frances of Bel Air; and survived by many nieces and nephews. He was formerly married to Dorothy Stone Miller for 38 years.

Raised in Dundalk, Phil served in the US Army for 6 years with one tour in Viet Nam and was honorably discharged with the rank of Captain. He retired from Northrop Grumman Corporation as a software engineer. Phil's interests over the years included golfing, fishing, woodworking and camping on Chincoteague Island, Va.

In lieuof flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Maryland Division. Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery.
