Ray Lintz Joynes

February 16, 1933 — May 29, 2003

RAY LINTZ JOYNES, age 70, of Joppa, died in Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore on May 29, 2003. Born in New Port News, Virginia, he was the son of the late Thomas Lintz and Lilly Vianna Fox Joynes. He had worked for American Yeast Co. as a supervisor. He had served his country in the Army and Navy during the Korean Conflict.

Mr. Joynes is survived by his wife, Madeline C. Joynes; threes son, Jason D. Leonard of Waldorf, Maryland, Edward G. Lindemann of Baltimore, and Robert G. Lindemann of Gray, Georgia; one brother, Robert F. Joynes of Essex; two sisters, Francis Houston of Joppa; Barbara Anne Kidd of Virginia; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one daughter, Janet M. Joynes
