Randy Keith Hayes, Sr.

Randy Keith Hayes Sr., age 58, of Forest Hill, MD passed away on February 20, 2014 at his home. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late William Edward Hayes and Mary Frances Brittian Forbes. A Harford County resident for 29 years, he was a Baltimore City Police Officer retiring after 23 years of service before working for National Security Agency for seven years. He enjoyed his motorcycles, the Ravens and spending time with his family.

Mr. Hayes is survived by his wife of 31 years, Lorraine P. DeVaughn Hayes; sons, Randy K. Hayes II and Jason A. Hayes, both of Forest Hill, and Joel T. Hayes of Hagerstown; brother, Bernie A. Hayes of Street; and sisters, Linda M. Hayes and Darlene E. Sargent, both of Rosedale, and Reva Craig of Middle River. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his brother, Billy Hayes.
