Ralph Marlow

Ralph Marlow, age 87, of Joppa, MD, went to be with the Lord on February 17, 2010. He was born on April 18, 1922 in Jackson County, GA. A 24 year veteran of the U.S. Army, he participated in six major battle campaigns which included D-Day, Battle of the Bulge, Northern France, Ardenes, Central Europe, and Korea. He loved serving his country. He was a lifetime member of the VFW #5238 in Joppatowne, a member of the American Legion in Edgewood, life member of the 3rd Armored Division Association and a member and past Master of the Aberdeen Masonic Lodge #187 A.F. & A.M. He attended church at Edgewood Assembly of God where he was loved by everyone.

He is survived by his lovely wife Linda Marlow, who was the love of his life and who he loved very much. He is also survived by his daughter, Deanna Marlow of Arlington, VA and his brother Russell Marlow of Douglasville, GA.

He will truly be missed. He had a host of friends and many of Linda's family who always came by for a visit, phone call, cards, and most of all, so many who prayed for him.

We all loved you so much but Jesus loved you more. You are where there is no more pain and suffering and one day all who know and accepted Jesus like he did, will meet you again one day next to our Heavenly Father.

Pallbearers will be Tony Bodzer, Bryan McGrady, Mark Testerman, Greg Testerman, Jim Shirley, and Dr. Rakesh Mathur. Honorary pallbearers will be Ronald Testerman and Charles White.
