Ralph A. Barr

RALPH A. BARR, age 73, of Joppa, MD, died on July 8, 2008 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Alford James Barr and the late Mary Carmella Juliano Lavazza. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served our country from 1957-1963. He worked as a cabinet maker and loved hunting, fishing, camping, and cooking. He was a member of the Baltimore Rifles Gun Club for 30 years, and enjoyed flying model airplanes in Harford County with his friends. He enjoyed being with his family.

Mr. Barr is survived by his wife of 51 years, Helen M. Harroll Barr of Joppa, MD; a brother, Alfred James Barr Jr. and his wife, Lil, of Dundalk, MD; and many nieces, nephews, and God children.
