In addition to his mother, Quentin is survived by his sister, Ashlee R. Blevins of Felton, PA; grandparetns, David A. Blevins of Bel Air; Donna A. Edwards of Felton, PA; Arthur F. Edwards of Felton, PA; uncle Clifton A. Blevins of Felton, PA; and great grandmother, Ruby Catherine Baker of Florida.
