Priscilla Ann Brown, a long-time resident of the Baltimore area, died Tuesday the 19th day of October at her home in Aberdeen after a lengthy 16 year battle with ovarian cancer.
Born in 1943 in Canton, OH, Priscilla moved to the Baltimore area in 1963 when she married her husband of 47 years, Conrad Brown.
Priscilla went to work for the Sears Roebuck Co. in 1971 at the North Avenue store until they moved to White Marsh in 1981 where she worked in Human Resources for nearly 40 years. Priscilla loved her family, her friends and her work, to which she devoted a lifetime of commitment.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her three children, Stephen Brown, Brian Brown and Michele Townsley; her daughters-in-law, Mary Spiegel Brown and Tina Bowman Brown; her son-in-law, Jerry Townsley; sisters, Christine Hunt and Kathie Cannon; brothers, Ron Sidwell and Roger Sidwell; brothers-in-law, Fred Hunt and Kim Cannon; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Sidwell and Betty Sidwell; and her six grandchildren, who all brought her great joy in life.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Bel Air United Methodist Church, 21 Linwood Avenue, Bel Air, Maryland 21014.
