Phyllis R. Tallon

PHYLLIS R. TALLON, age 63, of Rising Sun, MD, formerly of Aberdeen, died on November 5, 2006 at Harford Memorial Hospital, Havre de Grace, MD. Born in Tazwell, VA, she was the daughter of Sally Beatrice Hall Bandy of Aberdeen, MD and the late James Maxwell Bandy. A homemaker, she enjoyed walking, reading and going to work at Bata Shoe Company. She loved her family and will forever be remembered as a devoted wife, a caring mother and a loving Granny-MomMom.

In addition to her mother, Mrs. Tallon is survived by her husband of forty years, James E. Tallon of Rising Sun, MD; three daughters, Jennifer D. Watson, of Havre de Grace, MD, Donna Sue Tallon, of Havre de Grace, MD and Judy Ann Carroll and her husband Tim of North East, MD; six brothers, James H. Bandy of Tazwell, VA, Richard G. Bandy of Romney, WV, Ralph E. Bandy of Romney, WV, Virgil L. Bandy of Aberdeen, MD, Joseph J. Bandy of Abingdon, MD and Daniel C. Bandy of Abingdon, MD; three sisters, Beulah M. Taylor of Rising Sun, MD, Darlene Y. Hansman of Colora, MD and Patricia J. Baugess of Port Deposit, MD; eleven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Tallon was predeceased by one brother, Roger G. Bandy and one step-son, Ricky E. Tallon.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Taylor, Tim Carroll, Josh Bandy, Chris Bandy, Kevin Bandy and Tom Gentry.
