Phyllis E. Seip

Phyllis E. Seip, age 94, of Havre de Grace, Maryland passed away on September 27, 2021 at Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Born in Roosevelt, New York, she was the daughter of Frederick and Rosa (Syler) Groepler and wife of the late William Seip.

Phyllis is survived by her daughters, Karen L. (Brian) Dembeck and Martha G. Seip; grandchildren, Gregory D. (Lisa) Dembeck, Patrick R. (Heather) Dembeck and Jeffrey B. Dembeck.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Neil Groepler.
