Phyllis Catherine Hogan

Phyllis Catherine Hogan, age 93, of Bel Air, MD passed away on August 13, 2013 at Brightview Assisted Living in Bel Air. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Harold Watkins and Helen Dee Hartge and wife of the late Edward Francis Hogan. She graduated from Seton High School and attended Strayer University. A homemaker, she raised her family in Baltimore County. She lived in Annapolis for 20 years and attended St. Mary's Cathedral. She held various volunteer positions with the Eastport Library and also the hospice in Annapolis.

Mrs. Hogan is survived by her son, Joseph B. "Barry" Hogan and wife, Rita C. of Sykesville; daughters, Peggy Neville of Sykesville and Joanne P. Bonnell of Bel Air; grandchildren, Kelly Warble, Brooke Bonnell, Kathy Lane, Katie Hogan, Michael Hogan, Matthew Hogan, Brian Hogan, Luke Bonnell, Ryan Bonnell, Shawn Hogan, Kevin Neville and Joseph Neville; and 16 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, Edward M. Hogan.
