Phillip Neal Cramer Crowder, age 56, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on August 4, 2021 at Harford Memorial Hospital. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Leo Francis Crowder and Margarette Evelyn (Thomas) Crowder and husband of Rosemary Louise Crowder for 25 years. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church where he had served as a Deacon. He enjoyed spending time with his family and both the Washington Nationals baseball and Washington Football Team. Phillip faithfully served in the U.S. government service for 30 years as a Library Technician at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory within the Computational & Science Directorate at the Aberdeen Proving Ground in Aberdeen, Maryland.
In addition to his loving wife, Rosemary Crowder and mother, Margarette Crowder, Phillip is survived by his son, Robert William Crowder; brothers, Donald Wallis and Patrick Wallis; and brother-in-law, Richard Anderson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leo Francis Crowder; brother, Douglas Wallis; and sisters, Deborah Barnes and Sandra Pace.
