PHILIP “PHIL” J. BONIFACE, age 59, of Middletown, MD, formerly of Bel Air, MD died on Thursday, March 8, 2007 at Autumn Assisted Living in Hagerstown, MD.
Born on March 7, 1948, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Harry J. Boniface of Bel Air, MD and the late Kathryn Stifler Boniface.
He was a graduate of the Randolf Macon Academy, in Front Royal, Virginia and attended Old Dominion University. He worked in construction development and estimating for 35 years and was most recently employed by W. G. Harrison, Inc.
During his life, Mr. Boniface had many interests. He had a deep love for classic rock music and all animals. He also enjoyed golf outings with his friends from the AMVETS, including the Rutt Keller, the Flub-a-Dub, the Joe-O, the Spaghetti Open, and trips to Myrtle Beach and Luray. He also enjoyed ping pong, Full Moon Frisbee Golf on Fern Lane, and spending time with his family.
In addition to his father, Mr. Boniface is survived by his daughter, Sara B. Boniface of Middletown, MD; his son Benjamin J. Boniface and his wife, Jill M. Boniface, of Middletown, MD; two grandchildren, Judd P. Boniface and Josie E. Boniface, both of Middletown, MD; and his brother, Harry R. Boniface and his wife, Martha Boniface, of Bel Air, MD.
