Philip N. Zaczek

Philip N. Zaczek passed away suddenly at the age of 67 at his home in Abingdon, Md. He was born in Baltimore to the late Phillip Stanley Zaczek and Mildred Regina (Stankiewicz) Zaczek. He loved History, and taught it for 14 years to eighth graders before becoming a mail carrier in 1985, from which he retired after 28 years.

Phil is survived by his daughter Joanna Zaczek of Frederick, Md; son Samuel Zaczek, currently serving in the military and living in Germany with his wife Kara; brother Robert Zaczek and his wife Tessie of Connecticut; many nieces and nephews; and his ex-wife Verna Zaczek of Bel Air. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Theresa Rogers.
