Peggy J. Fink

Peggy Jane Fink, age 79, of Bel Air, MD passed away on December 29, 2015 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. Born in Yadkinville, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Eugene Fletcher and Oda Rose Edwards Steelman. She was employed by F.W. Woolworth's for over 40 years and retired as the manager of the Bel Air store in the Harford Mall.

Mrs. Fink is survived by her son, Johnny E. Fink of Bel Air; brothers, William F. Steelman of Bel Air, John Wayne Steelman and Larry F. Steelman both of Havre de Grace; and sister N. Marie Anderson of Havre de Grace. She was predeceased by her husband of 41 years, Johnny R. Fink and four brothers, Alvin, James, Roger and Ronald Steelman.

She was a lifetime member of the Bel Air Church of the Nazarene. Peggy loved to dance and listen to bluegrass music. Chicken and dumplings was her signature dish. Peggy spent her winters at her home in Florida and spent her summers caring for her flowers in her garden in Bel Air. She was much loved by her family and friends.

Pallbearers were Sidney, Tony, Chris, Billy, Joey and Jim Steelman, Gary and Kevin Anderson.
