Pauline Nelson

Pauline Nelson, 90, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on March 5, 2015 at Autumn Assisted Living in Bel Air, MD. Born in Ashe County, NC, she was the wife of the late Ernie Ray Nelson and the daughter of the late Preston Harrison VanHoy and Martha Ina Waddel VanHoy. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, making crafts and spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Nelson is survived by her son, Charles E. Nelson (wife Jennifer) of Guysville, OH; daughter, Louise Monks of Churchville, MD; granddaughters, Bonnie L. Reese of Sutherland, VA, Joann M. Vitek (husband Rodney) of Highland, MD, Rachel W. Nelson of DC. Also, her pride and joy, great-grandchildren Bennett O. Vitek and Lillian M. Vitek of Highland, MD; sisters, Treva Ostrowski of Lynchburg, VA; and Dixie Sullivan of Forest Hill, MD.
