Patsy Harrell

Patsy Harrell, age 83, of Fallston, Maryland passed away on March 12, 2020 at Gilchrist Center for Hospice Care in Towson, Maryland. Born in Johnson City, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Elbert Glen and Margaret Alice (nee Wilson) Maupin. She enjoyed gardening flowers, golfing, spending time with her children and grandchildren, playing slot machines at the casino, listening to music, popping popcorn and watching classic movies and TV Shows, coloring in coloring books, and doing crossword puzzles.

Patsy is the beloved wife of C.L. Harrell; devoted mother of Gary Harrell, his wife Elaine and their children Alicia, Cory and great granddaughter Kaylie; Steven Harrell his wife Julie and their children Brandon (Kristin), Tyler (Jessica), Chad and great grandchildren Lucas, Wyatt, Owen; Susan Emig, her husband David and their children McKenna and Tanner. She is also survived by many other loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her sisters Irene Frederick, Addine St. Clair, Mary Jane Lewis, Betty Caraway and Jo Ann Williams.

Due to the Executive Order by the State of Maryland, regarding limited crowd sizes, all visitations and services for the foreseeable future will be limited to family and invited quests.
