Patrick Richard Sweiger

Patrick Richard Sweiger, age 62, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on November 3, 2022 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. Born in Orlando, Florida, he was the son of the late Thomas and Audrey (Clark) Sweiger and husband of Dorothy Rinehart Sweiger. He was predeceased by his first wife Rosanne Pujia Sweiger.

He was a member of North Chesapeake Bay Van Club and a former member of Downtowners Van Club. Patrick was also a member of St. Margaret’s Church. He loved his Chevy vans and loved to play guitar, sing, and listen to his favorite band, Little Feat. He also enjoyed watching the Ravens and NASCAR. He was a retired longtime employee at Lockheed Martin in Middle River and the owner of an apparel screen printing business, Pat’s World of Colour.

Patrick is survived by his sons, Nicholas Sweiger and his wife Andrea Hild Sweiger, Thomas Sweiger, Stephen Basl and his wife, Jennifer Laskowski Basl, and William Basl and his partner Jenny Nohe; granddaughters, Madison Basl and Brooklyn Basl; grandson, Jaxon Basl; sister, Karen Cunningham and her husband Mark; and brother, William Sweiger. Additionally, he is survived by many nieces and nephews.
