Patrick Joseph Kelly

PATRICK JOSEPH KELLY, age 48, died on April 10, 2008 in Oregon. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of Loretta Joan Matcovich Kelly of Bel Air, MD and the late William James Kelly Sr. A 1977 graduate of Bel Air High School, he attended Harford Community College and also was a veteran serving our country in the U.S. Marine Corps. During the 1970's he lived in Atlanta where he worked with anti-hate groups. He traveled the world and enjoyed sending items from around the world, back home to his nieces and nephews. He worked in rail transport as a freight conductor. He was an expert bird watcher and was also active in the Boy Scouts of America.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Kelly is survived by two brothers, Michael Thomas Kelly of Forest Hill, MD, and William James Kelly Jr. and his wife, Rose, of Fells Point, MD; one sister, Anne Kelly Cook of Bel Air, MD; and nieces and nephews, Ian Cook, Nicholas Cook, and Holly Cook of Bel Air, MD, Carrie Kelly and Jimmy Kelly of Forest Hill, MD; and cousin, Marianne Heim and her husband, Jerry, of Felton, PA.
