PATRICK HOGAN, age 45, of Port Deposit, passed away unexpectedly in Washington, D.C. on February 15, 2003. Mr. Hogan was employed by DMJM Harris Consultants as the Traffic Operations Manager for the District of Columbia. Born in Havre de Grace, on October 28, 1957, he was the son of Edna Mae Holloway Bennett of Middle River and the late John Hildreth Hogan. He graduated from Edgewood High School in 1975. He joined the Mariners and served honorably for one tour of duty and was discharged in 1979. He has worked for Dynatran, for Montgomery County, on the Baldwin line construction, for Alcatel and for Lockheed Martin, in various facets of traffic construction and operations. He was a member of IBEW Local 70.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Hogan is survived by his wife, Linda Jean Kelley Hogan; one daughter, Patricia Hogan of Bel Air; one son, Jacob Hogan of Bel Air; one brother, John Hogan of Bel Air; granddaughter, Sierra Hogan; step-daughters, Kelley Foy of Havre de Grace; Karyn Olsen of Bar Harbor, Maine; step-grandsons, Joshua Foy and Zachary Foy; step-granddaughters, Lilia Foy and Eve Foy; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
