Patrick Ryan Boyle, age 45, of Fallston, Maryland, passed away on December 2, 2024, at Gilchrist Hospice at GBMC in Towson, Maryland. Born in Towson, Maryland, he was the son of Mike Boyle and Marian (Smith) Flagler and the husband of 15 years to Christina Kimball Boyle. Patrick passed away after a lengthy battle with glioblastoma, surrounded by his devoted, loving family and friends. Patrick was raised in Bel Air and graduated from St. Margaret School, The John Carroll School, and Pennsylvania State University.
In addition to his wife, Patrick is survived by his daughters, McKayla and Aubrey; his son, Hunter; and his brothers, Michael, Gregory (Emily), and Matthew. He is also survived by his nieces, Kinley, Delaney, and Emery Kimball; nephews, Mikey, Luke, Ben, and Declan Kimball; his in-laws, Bob and Carol Kimball, and Mike and Sloane Kimball; as well as his grandmother, Irene Boyle. Too many to name individually, Patrick is also survived by 41 first cousins, their children, his aunts, uncles, and many dear friends.
Patrick pursued life with conviction and cherished his longstanding friendships. After graduating from Penn State, he began his successful career on Wall Street at JP Morgan Chase, followed by roles at Mercantile and M&T Banks. An independent thinker (and at times obstinate), Patrick continued his success as the founder of Highmark Construction, Strong Wall Construction, and most recently, Sensi Auto Technologies, with the help of his partners.
Patrick also believed in helping others and backed that belief with action. Quietly giving his time and expertise, he was generous in supporting causes important to him. Most notably, Patrick cared deeply about mental health and addiction, assisting many others in their recovery. He was a significant donor to the Klein Family Center at Upper Chesapeake Health.
Patrick overcame many challenges in life and never backed down from a fight. His home was meticulously maintained, with special attention to the stream, the grass under the trampoline, the alignment of dining room chairs, and the under-counter lights in the kitchen. More importantly, his home was always open to family and friends. Patrick took great pride in hosting celebrations of holidays, milestones, and the accomplishments of others.
