Patricia ''Patti'' Kauffman

PATRICIA “PATTI” KAUFFMAN, age 56, of Joppa, MD, died on February 13, 2007 at Lorien Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Belcamp, MD. Born in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of Lottie Rae Houck Gilley of Perryman, MD and the late Richard Stanley Trimble. She was a 1968 graduate of Aberdeen High School and a graduate of Ruth’s Beauty School in Havre de Grace, MD. She owned and operated Patti’s Salon in Joppa, retiring after 40 years. She was an avid flower gardener and boater, and enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son, Brent M. Kauffman of Joppa, MD; one daughter, Shawna R. Kauffman of Joppa, MD; one brother, Michael S. Taylor of Joppa, MD; two sisters, M. Suzanne Miller of North East, MD and Jeanne L. Baker of Havre de Grace, MD; and one aunt, Betty L. Houck of Perryman, MD.
