Patricia Jean Manning

Patricia Jean Manning, age 79, of Bel Air, MD, died on September 28, 2011 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Middlebourne, WV, she was the daughter of the late Willard Ingram and Zelma Hill Gulley and wife of the late Willis Hugh Manning Jr. After a career retirement at the employment office for Bethlehem Steel in 1976, she moved to Vienna, WV until 1996 at which time she moved back to Bel Air to be with her beloved family. She was known for a good sense of humor and a keen wit.

Mrs. Manning is survived by her daughter, Anne Kirby and husband, Ron, of Bel Air, MD; grandchildren, Christopher Kirby and wife, Heather and Daniel Kirby; and great-grandchildren, Cameron, Riley and Jaden Kirby.
