Patricia E. Smith

Patricia E. Smith, age 72, of Baltimore, MD passed away on August 10, 2012 at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Leonard and Elizabeth Catherine Jones Sears. She was a supervisor for Liberty Mutual, retiring after 16 years of service. She was very compassionate, giving and generous and went out of her way to help anyone who needed it. She liked shopping, going to yard sales, and camping at Hobo Hollow in Rawlinsville, PA. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, especially listening to them play the piano & guitar.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert J. Smith of Baltimore, MD; sons, Mark Smith of Baltimore, MD and Wayne Edwards-Smith and his wife, Dawn, of Aberdeen, MD; sister, Janice Recard of White Marsh, MD; grandchildren, Jessica Edwards-Smith and Luke Edwards-Smith, both of Aberdeen, MD; and her loving companion, Lucy.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Joseph L. Sears, Walter C. Sears, Barbara Ann Brown and Betty Kozlowski.
