Patricia Anne Katz

On December 18, 2014, Patricia Anne Katz (nee Stephens) passed away at Gilchrist Hospice in Towson, MD at the age of 60. She is the beloved daughter of James and Nancy Stephens of Bel Air, MD and devoted mother of Erin Augustyniak and David Katz of Edgewood, MD.

She is survived by sisters, Pamela Hill of Hanover, PA, JoAnn Gerkin of North East, MD, Paula Feehley, of Bel Air, MD and husbands Doug Hill, James Gerkin, Michael Feehley, son-in-law Daniel Augustyniak, grandchildren Sara and Joseph Augustyniak, as well as two nieces, two nephews, two great nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Patricia Katz retired from Social Security Administration after 30 years as a Claims Authorizer. She also had taught at John Archer School of Harford County, was an assistant Girl Scout leader and Cookie Mom in Harford County, MD, a Den Mom with the Boy Scouts in Baltimore County, MD, a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary, and a member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Edgewood, MD where she had at one time been a Sunday School Teacher and a member of the Council. Patricia loved to country line dance and could be seen at VFW Hall in Edgewood, MD or Little Texas in Baltimore, MD.
